Fall Equinox Movement Ritual

The Equinox is a time of turning, of balance, of letting go.
As the light and dark meet in equal measure, the Fall Equinox invites us to pause—between the inhale and the exhale, between the fullness of harvest and the call to release. It is a potent threshold where we can attune to what is ripening within us and gently loosen what no longer serves.
In this sacred, embodied gathering, we’ll move together through the shifting seasons—honoring both abundance and release. Through guided movement, stillness, and community connection, we’ll listen to the deep intelligence of our bodies and set intentions for the path ahead.
Let this ritual be your invitation to gather what you need, shed what you don’t, and root into the clarity of what’s next.

2. Send your payment through Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or Paypal (see codes below). Payment is needed in order to hold your space.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You will receive a refund, less a $5 admin fee, for any cancellation up to 30 days before the event.
If you cancel 14-29 days before the event, you will receive a refund, less a $10 fee.
No refunds will be issued less than 14 days from the start of a workshop; however, you are welcome to find someone to take your place at the event if you need to cancel. Of course, if you have to cancel due to illness, you will receive a full refund less a $5 admin fee.
