The Winter Solstice is an important turning point. It is a natural and potent time for letting go of what’s not needed anymore and welcoming in the light of new possibilities.
Join us for this guided movement journey as we gather in community and dance our intention for this time of year when the seeds are buried in the darkness of the Earth, to eventually emerge once again with new growth.
During our time together, we will move and stir the cauldron or our own bodies, listening deeply to our innate wisdom. We will also take some time for deep sharing and being in silence together as we head into this contemplative time of year.
Practicing together in this way is potent medicine, especially at this powerful time of the year. As we move together, magic happens.
All levels of experience welcome. Open to all ages 18 and up.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel up to 30 days before the event, you will receive a refund, less a $5 admin fee.
If you cancel 14-29 days before the event, you will receive a refund, less a $10 fee.
No refunds will be issued less than 14 days from the start of a workshop; however, you are welcome to find someone to take your place at the event if you need to cancel. Of course, if you have to cancel due to illness, you will receive a full refund less a $5 admin fee.
