Reiki Level I is a gentle yet powerful introduction to the art of energy healing. This in-person training is designed for those with no prior Reiki experience who feel curious about working with energy, supporting their own well-being, and offering healing presence to others.
Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Force Energy. It is an ancient, non-invasive healing practice that helps balance the body’s energy system and supports health on all levels — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Reiki works by enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal, creating a sense of calm, clarity, and wholeness.
In this Level I training, you will be attuned to Reiki energy, opening your capacity to channel this universal life force. From that point on, Reiki becomes a lifelong resource you can access anytime — for yourself, loved ones, animals, plants, and even spaces. Unlike techniques that rely on personal effort or will, Reiki flows through the practitioner as a clear channel. The healing comes from the Universe, not from you.

This experiential training includes both teaching and hands-on practice, allowing you to embody Reiki rather than just learn about it.
You will learn:
- The history and philosophy of Reiki, including its roots and guiding principles
- The three pillars of Reiki: Gassho, Reiji-Ho, and Chiryo
- Self-treatment techniques — learn hand placements so you can give Reiki to yourself for grounding, calm, and renewal
- How to give Reiki to others, including friends, family, and loved ones
- Additional Reiki healing techniques for everyday use
- Practical energy tools for clearing energy, protecting your field, and integrating Reiki into daily life
- Legal and ethical considerations for practicing Reiki
You will receive:
- A detailed course manual to support your learning and ongoing practice
- Reiki Level I Attunement — a powerful initiation that opens your ability to channel Reiki energy
- Hands-on practice in a supportive, safe learning environment
- Meaningful connection with others on a similar healing path
Upon completion of the training, you will be certified as a Reiki Level I practitioner.

You will receive a refund, less a $25 admin fee, for any cancellation up to 30 days before the event.
If you cancel 14-29 days before the event, you will receive a refund, less a $50 admin fee.
