On the Open Floor we explore and listen closely to the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of who we are. We accept ourselves as relational beings (to all and everything around us.. seen and unseen), and get curious about how to dance this delicate dance of life-in-a-body in these precarious times. We dare to get real and dance it as it is - this can be many things... a joyful, exhilarating terrifying, humbling and fun journey... to name but a few.

Come dance with us! Move and be moved.

We welcome you, as you are .. to our community of movers, groovers, seekers and shakers, and courageous I don't know-ers!

No dance experience needed, all ages, abilities, gender orientations welcome.
