Movement is medicine for the mind, body and soul. Body-based movement practices enable you to re-connect with your body as well as your spirit and helps you live in the world with more freedom and aliveness.

Stacey's movement offerings are a deep inquiry into who we truly are, on and off the dance floor. Stacey is an Open Floor Movement Teacher, serving on the staff at  Open Floor International.
She is also a 5Rhythms Teacher, having trained directly with Gabrielle Roth. Stacey incorporates her 20 years experience in the healing arts into all of her offerings, making her teaching style unique.
