Perspective
An Open Floor Movement Workshop
Berkeley, CA
Saturday, February 8
The way we perceive life situations is based on our personal experience, culture, and upbringing. The lens through which we see the world greatly influences our relationship to ourselves and others. If we get stuck seeing things from only one perspective, it can create connection with those who agree with us, but separation from those who don’t.
In this Open Floor movement inquiry, we’ll expand the lens through which we view life. As we move and include different viewpoints, we increase our capacity to relate to others, open to new possibilities, and initiate change in our lives and in our world.
All levels of experience welcome. Ages 18 and up.
If you're on the teacher training path, this workshop counts as 6 hours toward your prerequisites and electives.
