As women, we can spend so much time and energy trying to be who everyone else wants us to be, losing ourselves along the way. In this workshop, we will ask the ultimate question…Who am I?, allowing the wisdom of our own bodies to reveal the answer as we breathe and dance our way to the truth.

Through the Open Floor Movement Practice, inquiry and experiential exercises, we will support each other in this essential exploration. As we find ourselves on the dance floor, we can move out into our daily lives with more authenticity and aliveness. Bring your curiosity, an open mind, a sense of humor, and leave your shame behind.

CAUTION: Magic happens in these women’s daylongs, so be prepared for transformation.

All levels of experience welcome. Women ages 18 and up.

Sorry, no partial attendance. We set a very sacred and deep container together, so please only sign up if you can be there for the entire time.

Price:
$80 before March 11
$95 thereafter (space permitting)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You will receive a refund, less a $25 fee, for any cancellation up to 30 days before the event.
If you cancel 14-29 days before the event, you will receive a refund, less a $50 fee.
No refunds can be issued less than 14 days from the start of a workshop.
