Women's New Years Movement Ritual

Women have been gathering for generations in a ritual setting. Join us as we set sacred space together in honor of the New Year. In this Movement Ritual, we will embark on a lightly guided journey together, stepping out of the old and into the new, setting intention through the Open Floor Movement Practice.
No need to make new year's resolutions...let your body do the work.
Let the magic begin.
Things to know before you come:
Please arrive early so that you can check in, put your stuff away and be on the dance floor ready to go at 7 pm. My intention is to create a beautiful and safe container for us, so it’s important that everyone is there at the beginning to set sacred space together. I will have meditative music on for stretching starting at 6:50, so if you want extra time for stretching, please feel free to come early.
PARKING:
There is a small parking lot adjacent to the building with space for 8 cars. Disregard the “no parking” signs there. We will need to make the most of that parking area, so please pull in so someone can park behind you.
We won’t all fit in the parking lot, but there is street parking down the street on Almonte Blvd.
Please leave ample time to find parking.

- Come dressed in all white (how cool will that be!)

- Bring something for the altar that represents the blessings you've received in this past year.
